3 days ago we left Montpelier I really liked it there and didn't want to leave   but 1 day before we left we went to a really cool pirate restaurant for kids with my aunt,  uncle and cousins  it was amazing  it had great food, a playground and even a pirate show ! I LOVED IT .In Rome we saw the Colosseum a bit of a ruined stadium and the roman forums and palatine hill inside the Colosseum we got to go to the area where they kept the animals who Gladiators fought against.They even had a replica of the wood elevators the Romans used for carrying  the animals up to the stage ! On the way out we got two books one on Pompeii [ which is a city I want to do a project on ]  and another on Julius Caesar [ who wasn't actually Romes first  emperor]  they are really exciting and fact filled ! In the forum we saw some really big columns  one was even purple I loved it [ A big thanks to our tour guides ].

Hi So Sorry for not posting i have been super busy. On Wednesday we went to stay at our friend James's house I tried a new dessert Eten  mess and I loved it we also played a weird type of bumper carts in his back yard. The next day we looked at a English schools sports day after that we went to a castle and stayed the night in big and fancy tents we ate smores and went on a zip line. On Friday we spent most of the day at the castle we looked around it and it was really cool. We also did mini golf but I think my skills may need a little work . We woke up really early [4 am ] to go to the air port to go to Montpellier. The plane was really fast so we got there in no time at all [ I didn't even feel sick which was good ] now we are staying in Montpellier and I am staying with my Aunt Shoni, Uncle Pierre, cousins Felix and Joey and Pierre's relatives [ who only speak french ]  There is a pool here and it has been getting really hot [not like  England ] I have also tried wild boar which i actually liked quite a lot . 

London

We arrived back in London on Saturday but on the way there we had to stop at a relatives place and we met My great granddads sisters daughter her daughter and son  and her daughter  also the daughters  partner and step son also the sons[not the step son ]  children. The next day it was England's  fathers day and I tried English lollies [ they call them sweets] . Yesterday we went to Buckingham palace and got a soft toy corgi which I named Rufus we saw a lot of buses and also went to see big Ben which was covered in scaffolding we also went to a art gallery my favourite panting was a picture of people swimming ! Any how today we having another day out and about but after that we are going to stay with our other friends for a night, also on Thursday night  we have been told that we are going to sleep in tents outside a real life castle in its gardens eeeeeeeeeeeh I cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi sorry for not writing a blog lately there has been a lot of moving around and also we didn't know where my laptop was ! But the day after we got to London we had to go to  Exeter it was a four hour car ride with two stops one of them was Stonehenge but it was pouring rain so it kind of ruined the experience but it still was really cool and I learnt a lot .
We are staying in the country side and yesterday we went to Bath and saw the roman baths but we arrived a tiny bit late but they kindly let us in . we also met up with some family and I  learnt that I  have a 41 year old cousin and a 23 year old cousin and a 7 and 9 year old cousins once removed IT IS VERY CONFUSING ! Any way a tiny bit of info about Stonehenge it can predict  the winter and summer solstice using a special stone ,it is also an ancient burial ground, anyway bye !   

 

Yesterday we left Tours and came to London . We met up with my aunt Questa and stayed one night we took 2 cars and 4 trains to get here !We even got to go underneath the English Chanel but it was to dark to see a thing :[!  Today we are going on a long car journey to the country side  where we are going to stay in a little house in a paddock .

Yesterday we  saw castles they were really cool . The first one we saw was Chateau Du Clos  Lucet it was home to Leonardo Da Vinci  it included a lot of his original machines but my favourite machine was defiantly the tank because we  got to go in it and it span around  this is what it looked like around the back is the entrance !

At the next castle [ which was a royal castle but not the Versailles ] it was called chambord   it was built by king Francois 1 in the 1500s  using many of the ideas of Leonardo Da Vinci including the famous double helix stair case [ information supplied  by auntie Shoni ]  . I absolutely loved the stair case it was very illusion like because when one person was one one side they looked like they were on another ! Next we went to  dinner  with my uncles relatives  but they only spoke french so it was a little awkward but the food was great !  

yesterday we left Paris and went to Tours before we left we had Escargots [ eatable snails] I wasn't to keen on them but they are very french  ! today we toured Tours   and went to lots of churches we also went to the botanical gardens were there were playgrounds , flowers and animals we also went to a river were we through sticks in the river to see who's was faster . We are currently staying in a air b&b   with ours Cousins and Aunt and Uncle !

Yesterday we went to  the Eiffel tower . My favourite part about it was the sommet [ it's a french spelling  the way we would spell it is summit ] it was the top of the of the Eiffel tower  and we saw the Eiffel tower view it then started to rain when we went inside [ you have to go down steps to get to a little under cover area] we saw lightning which was so cool . When we were in the elevator going down to the floor below us rain was leaking through tiny gaps in the elevator and making   the floor wet it was also making little bubbles . It was lucky we brought rain coats  because the people who didn't were soaked ! Before we went back to the hotel we had some hot chocolate and a soft pretzel to share we also went on a calming walk along a river [ Which is a tiny bit like the yarra  but the water is more green ] !

this is a new french sentence i learnt : c'est  confortable pour moi. This means it is comfortable for me !

Hi a little bit more information about yesterday we actually had to get evacuated from one wing in the louvre [the guards we spoke to didn't know why ] we got to look around  other wings though but when we got out of the louvre we spent almost as much time in the outside as we did in the inside
i also tasted the tap water and it also tastes a little different [ i explained in post before this ] .
 I hopefully [ can not be guaranteed ]   have some photos that I took with my camera coming .
The next thing we will be doing is going to the Eiffel tower  and i hopefully will be able to write about my experience of that .

At the louvre  we saw the Mona Lisa it  was amazing but everyone in the crowd kept pushing to see  the painting  and it was not pleasant but finally we got to see it without any one shoving or pushing we got a few photos . Also at the louvre we saw the Napoleon the third apartments which were so beautiful  but half way through my camera died so to take pictures I had to use either my mum or brothers phone . I discovered that Paris 's bottled water tastes a little different [ I have not yet  tasted their tap water] !

 

Hi right now I'm in Paris and  the plane ride getting here was  terrible  because it was so bumpy that it did not make me feel all right ! We had to catch two planes to get here a 14 hour plane  to Dubai and then a 7 hour plane  to Paris which is were we are now. the time  here is currently 6:15 am ! today we are going to see the louvre which is a very famous art gallery in Paris.I hopefully will be posting later on in the day . Au revoir     [ that means goodbye in french] !

We are leaving for Europe tomorrow a.k.a Sunday and I am quite nervous  ! It will take  25 hours to get to France with a stopover in Dubai for about an hour !✈ 

There is two days to go till we go to France [we= my mum , brother and I] I am nervous but excited !
